That guy that is honored in Hanoi in the war museum there.

Actually Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon (thanks in no small part because of Hanoi John and Hanoi Jane). For years, the museum was known as the “American War Crimes Museum.” The word “American” was dropped in the mid-1990s. It is now known simply as the “War Remnants Museum.”. Here's a photo of the display honoring JF'nK.
