1. Is the revenue source of funds you are required to "give" from federal, state, or local taxes?
2. If you can't ask if anyone is "illegal" then how do you know they are?

We can't ask, but the doc sure knew. He also got several thousand dollars up front for his "services". I happened to be passing by when this info came to light.

If you can't ask if anyone is "illegal" then how do you know they are? I can ask for their green card for ID. But, being it's all about "generating money & numbers"... state doesn't care if the green card is expired.
