The diehards know we are the difference, that is why they are so upset. Maybe they should put their party back on the conservative path to regain our support.

Indeed. They're willing to swallow any tripe, as long as it has a GOP Keeping-The-House Seal of Approval.

Ok, Ill play devil's advocate here.

What is your Plan B? If the DNC controls the House and Senate, what do YOU do. Yo talk of all the things that the current congress under GOP control does not do. We can all agree on that they aren't doing their job.

So now they are gone, replaced with left-wing Democrats that will right off the bat ignore you, start their wacky impeachment hearings, kill the war effort, and bring in tax hikes. Now what do you the "independent, conservative voter that will not pull the lever for liberal lite GOP candidates" do now? If you think posting on FR and bitching on Limbaugh for the next four years is a solution, we are all in deep trouble.

I dont like the idea of voting for a GOP guy because its not a Dem line myself. But I have to ask myself am I stupid enough to go over the cliff just to prove a point? Or is better to fight within a party in power to change it?
