I would say that UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait have all been 95% on our side (all sent troops to fight in the Gulf War, as did Saudi Arabia). I would say that Pak is as "on our side" as the radicals in the government will allow Mushaaraf to be. I would say Syria, Iran, N. Yemen, and Sudan are our enemies, and Libya is "non-aligned" only because of our threats.

I can agree with the Bahrain, UAE, and Kuwait. I will throw in Lebanon and Qatar too.
I do have questions regarding Egypt and Jordan. We can not get good press in Egypt. Jordan has to many people that hang with the evil doers. I know the President of Jordan is not a Westernaphobe, but I have to see better actions from Jordanians before I trust them. I think Lybia is stagnant. Pak government is as helpful as they can be, but at any moment could become our enemy (with the lose of Musharraf.
I am sure that Syria, Iran, Sudan, the people in Saudi Arabia, some people in Oman and Yeman will burn my flag in their street at any given time. In any case, I think it is important to show all these people that if you knock one of our buildings down, you will see US power. If these people deliver a nuke on our soil, we should deliver 911 times 100 right back at them. The message in both cases should be: don't do it. Stay away. Danger - high voltage
