Yeah, I saw that too...however, I thought I read that McCarthy was appointed to the NSC in June 1998, replacing our "friend" Rand Beers. If Joe Wilson left the NSC in July 1998, they were only together there for a month. Hmmmm, unless they were part of the revolving door policy, always having someone from their little cabal there to keep an eye on things.
None of this is complicated.

McCarthy was at the NSC from 1991-2001. She was there the entire time Wilson had the NSC Africa portfolio.
