Federal authorities have refused to identify the 36 Mexican men arrested Wednesday morning during a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid in Biglerville.
Thirty-four of the alleged illegal immigrants were released from York County Prison on their own recognizance.
One of the two individuals being kept at the facility, said ICE special agent Linda Valentine, has a warrant for deportation, and another re-entered the country after being deported.
Theres not enough room at the prison to keep everyone. Its full, said Valentine, when reached at her Philadelphia office Thursday afternoon. We are only able to hold criminal aliens there.

Rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic here, it's time for another Operation Wetback like back in Ike's days.
This is why Bush wanted being here illegally to be a felony. If it were then they would have to be held until arraigned before a judge, not released on the authority of ICE alone.
I'll look for an article, but here in SC, I talked with my neighbor a few minutes ago who is in construction, INS/ICE raided construction sites today.. his crew went from 21 to 6.
Yep, that oughta do it. Works so well the other 364 days of the year. /sarcasm
There's more than enough closed base facilities that could be used to hold them till they get their hearings before being deported.
