And there's more!
Here's the deal: For those fans who would like to ask for a photo-- please send an email request to Tony at tonysnow@foxnews.com (please note in the subject line of the email "For Tony") and provide your home mailing (not email) address. Tony will send you a real, actual, signed photo -- not stuff that people have to download. Please pass it on.By the way, if you miss anything, the show is streamed again immediately after the three hours. Please feel free to add thread narrative about what is aired on the show as a group effort is helpful to get more of the content posted and is much appreciated by those reading the thread later. If youd like on or off the Tony Snow Show ping list, please post a request. All requests happily honored.
"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!
Health trumps all else!
I don't know... sounds like a WH prequel to me.
I hope he's look for our FReeper Thread on the news conferences which we could set up!
You can't take it until all your shows are podcast... can they do that over the weekend? s/
Tony is so good at not tipping his hand! I thought I knew, now I am not so sure!
The fire dept says they send a bill for their sevices but of course they aren't paid!
Its pretty clear he is not going. There is no upside for him and plenty of downside.
But I think we should go easy on whatever help bush can get.
Is there any law that would preclude Tony doing his show from the White House?
It it includes a road trip, I hope he remembers to take a map, or to ask directions :)
Well, one of us could ask for Press Creditials.
I'd love to see David Gregory turn purple when someone asks a question and identifies themself as "BlahBlah from the FreeRepublic.com"
This must be a TOUGH decision. One way to see it- this is not forever- only 3 years.
I think you would be a tremendous asset to the president- we need someone with your intelligence and wit- perspective and sanity...
Sean is incredibly sweet to his fans in person. He stresses me too and I can only take him in small doses these days.
And Rush? I dunno - it's something about his speech pattern in the past couple of months. He annoys me, too but it has to do with that speech pattern.
I can't get AM radio in my house; I think I need a better antenna. The last few times I've caught Rush on the car radio the topics were...well...adult in nature. That nonsense gets tedious. I'll listen if I'm out and have time, but Tony's show is my meat and potatoes.
I keep remembering my visit to see Tony at the Fox studios in DC. Mware and dinasour also went to see him there. If Tony becomes Press Secretary, we lose access to the man.
I guess that shows how much we love the guy. I remember him from the wonderful "The Great Debate" days on AOL and his columns in the Detroit News, so it's wonderful he's come so far and is so successful. We're being selfish, but it's for good reasons.
Divine Mercy in effect.
I don't think there's a law, but I'm fairly certain there'd be an FNC policy against it. Not to mention, could you see how the press would handle it? Still, he could run a blog on FR...A number of those folks do!
LOL, I don't care one iota what the press would think! :)
A poker player for sure.
Like someone else we 'know' and love.
Rush and Hannity and Laura are OK, but mostly ear candy.
I get more genuine information in a day of Tony than from a whole week with any of the others, combined.
Stay with the day job....I'm resistant to change.
