Just get the person who answered the call to go on record that she took the call and spoke to the guy, that's all. She's a witness. Once she goes on record that she spoke to her boyfriend in that call, that helps his case.

I don't think this is what happened. I think the stripper was drugged out and obnoxious and threatened the guys with calling the police if they didn't pay her for just a few minutes of dancing.

I think that has something to do with it. She arrived bruised and drugged, left angry, and got even. That is only my opinion. I do not see any evidence on her side so far. Her bruises were evident while dancing. Bruises do not appear before a beating and I believe take some time to turn black/blue after one.

If any of you haven't listened to this you have to. Listen to "WUNC State of Things Show with guest Tim Tyson" It is unbelievable! Basically the guy says thank god someone was arrested, with no concern for whether the person did it or not.
