However, we have to deal with irrational people - they are part of the game, sadly. When you do something that can easily be used as an excuse to pull this sort of BS here, the cretins will, without qualms, take the opportunity you presented them.
The mongrels will give you fleas. We act with that in mind or find a nasty surprise waiting. If one is unwilling to accept that, then they should sit the round out.
But the real pieces of work are the cowards phoning in death threats - the core of the problem.

Quick trivial point, that "moran" thing is a sub-reference to a famous picture of a dumb-looking right-wing guy holding a sign with that misspelling. The author was being sarcastic, not ignorant.
