"'Gun Summit' Called Brainstorming Session on Gun Control"

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "(CNSNews.com) - A gun rights group said the upcoming "gun summit" planned by New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Boston Mayor Thomas Menino is merely a chance for them to brainstorm on more ways to restrict the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens.
The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms (CCRKBA) said Wednesday that such a "gun grab" will only lead to more crime, because it will impede the ability of citizens to protect legally themselves.
"Rather than devising and suggesting more restrictions on the rights of law-abiding gun owners, these mayors need to recognize that urban violence is a symptom of deeper problems that their bankrupt social policies perpetuate," said CCRKBA Executive Director Joe Waldron in a press release."
