Report: McKinney struck officer with 'closed fist'

The official police report on Rep. Cynthia McKinney's clash with a Capitol Hill police officer three weeks ago says the DeKalb County congresswoman struck the officer "in his chest with (a) closed fist."

The "event report" — obtained Tuesday by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution — describes the altercation as an assault on a police officer. The officer involved in the incident, identified as Paul McKenna, filed the report with his supervisors immediately after the incident occurred at 8:55 a.m. March 29.

The report for the first time provides specific details of what happened when McKenna tried to stop McKinney from going around a security checkpoint at a House office building.

Open fist is a slap, a closed fist is a punch.

The cops. This happened at a security checkpoint, all of which are equipped with video cameras. In fact, there's probably not a public square inch of the Capitol that doesn't have a camera trained on it.

The Democrats have, since the 1960's made a SHOW at being for Civil Rights. It was the Republicans who made it happen.

Listen to Condi Rice's story of how her granddaddy was denied the right to vote by the Democrats, and the Republicans registered him, and he became a lifelong Republican as a result.

The Democrat party is replete with overt and covert racism, Jeremy, but that's not finally the point.

It is conservativism that sees people as Martin Luther King Jr desired that they be seen........not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. Don't be fooled by the appearances of the left into thinking they care about African-American progress. They want just the opposite. They want life for black Americans to be a dead end.

Conservatives want you to be..........as the Army says..........ALL that you can be.
