If I were Tony I would say, "Yes, I'll take the job, if Helen Thomas is removed from the Press Corp."

When there is a charismatic press secretary, the media's ratings go up.
MSM ratings are in the toilet now and I'm glad. I hope Snow doesn't take the job.

Tony,
You would make the perfect White House press spokesman. You are the type of person who can tell you to go to hell in such a way that you actually look forward to the trip. Just watching you deal with David Gregory and Helen Thomas on a daily basis would be reason enough to tune in to C-SPAN.

The Bush-led Republican party is in deep trouble. If this is true it's nothing more than damage control pandering from the White House. McClellan should have been forced out years ago.

I should have pinged you when I posted this, my apologies.
Of course, you would be great for the job, but I know you will make the right decision.

Tony Snow will not be the next press secretary. He will decline the offer (if there was a genuine offer) with thanks.

Tony would be great at the job. However, since his bout with cancer I wouldn't think it would be worth it. Life is too short to have to put up with the crap a Republican press secretary has to take. IMHO Tony would be better off taking time to be with his family and smelling the roses. Not eating the sh*t the MSM wh*res dish out every day to the White House press secretary.
