Tony Snow offered White House Job
Heard on the John Gibson radio program
Posted on 04/18/2006 5:48:13 PM PDT by yellowdoghunter
I just heard on the John Gibson radio program that Tony Snow has been offered McClellan's job at the White House. He has not made a decision but will discuss it on his radio program tomorrow.
I didn't see this posted. Just posting what I heard. No link.

I haven't checked in even on the thread lately due to work (they actually expect me to DO stuff for my $$!). But I will listen tomorrow for sure - my [conservative] boss is out of town and I can play. Timing is everyting! See you then.

He didn't "leak it" long ago. He's been here for years in the open.
It's really him.
Trust me. Check both our signup dates.

If I were Tony I would say, "Yes, I'll take the job, if Helen Thomas is removed from the Press Corp."

Like enabling the agenda and furthering the goals of the Council on Foreign Relations?
No thanks.

I think Levin would reserve something like "schmuck" for Gregory, though...~!

It's one of the toughest jobs in the world. And one of the worst. There's no personal reason to do it, unless one needs to establish themselves, and Tony Snow has already done that. The only reason for him to do it would be to help out GWB and the GOP.
