I just heard on the John Gibson radio program that Tony Snow has been offered McClellan's job at the White House. He has not made a decision but will discuss it on his radio program tomorrow.
I didn't see this posted. Just posting what I heard. No link.
Snow didn't leak it if it is true, Gibson did.

no, I want one more thing.
I want McClellan to be the guy taking my ticket the next time I go visit the washington monument. that's what I want him reduced to.

My guess is that McClellan has already tendered his resignation in order to work on his mother's campaign.

The White House is good about no leaks. Still, unless it was cleared with McClellan, the White House should not be talking, and Snow shouldn't.

You would be great. Consider it.
He hasn't commented at all for all we know, certainly not on here except to say he hasn't said anything on the record. Perhaps Gibson found out another way. Even if he did tell Gibson, that isn't a bad thing.
The bad thing is that it got out of FNC, and that is not Snow's fault.
I guess we will find out tomorrow. Whatever happened, McClellan will now have to announce his resignation - tomorrow.
Maybe we can get Michael Savage to be the State Department spokesman... now THAT would be fun!
I wouldn't mind if they offered the job to Gibson...anybody is better than who they have now....

I can't think of anyone that could do the job better than Tony, except, of course, Rush.
I like McClellan, but... "Oh that Tony"!
I hope it's true and I hope he takes it.
