Darn it.. Another Canadian Illegal doing the job that American judges won't do...
Hate it when that happens.
"Maine Killings Raise Vigilantism Fears"
Tell me... When your children are on the way to school do we "FEAR" vigilanies or Child sex preditors? No wonder people stop reading the papers.
Less Child molesters, less crime.
The problem is, they should have been executed, not turned loose.
This guy simply did a job that American Justice won't do.
"There are going to be crazy people out there," King said.
Yeah like everyone on the sex offender list.
Well, its a good start anyway. Wouldn't it be nice if they made this a trend - one for one, illegals and perverts? I wouldn't know who to root for...
So when you see very high numbers in areas, alot are teens that got caught.
Gee that's a real shame pedophiles dead and all.
Oh well, we have to carry on somehow...
I don't shed any tears for the sex offenders, but the big risk here is the possibility of mistaken identity--happens often enough that the police get the wrong guy, and they're presumably better trained in investigative techniques than your average Joe Sixpack. Hate for an innocent person to get whacked because some data entry operator keyed in the wrong address in a database.
is this anywhere near you ?
The Canadian was probably a victim of this type of scum.
One of the victims, Elliott, was convicted of having consentual sex with a girl less than a month away from the age of consent. He was 19 at the time. He was hardly a predator type. That is the problem with the registry in Maine, there is no way to differentiate between the real predators and those who, like Elliott, used poor judgment. There is no suggestion that he was considered an ongoing threat.
I agree entirely, I don't think citizens as individuals should be doing this kind of justice normally. But face it, when the government won't do it's job, someone has to.
Anyone who molests a child and is found guilty of it in a court of law, needs to be executed, and that within 48 hours of his/her conviction.
It seems to me that the best way to curb vigilantism would be to keep the rapists locked away.
Now, THAT'S a damn good question. Puts it right into perspective.
Thanks!
give him an H1b visa. he's got "skills".
He's dead
Could the following be applied to the judiciary?
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
