WIlliam Elliot 24, The only problem I have with sex offender registry is this 24 year old might have been 18 at the time having sex with a 17 year old girl. He would still end up on the sex offender registry if convicted, even if the sex was concentual.
So when you see very high numbers in areas, alot are teens that got caught.
