the old as islam adage "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" is in effect. When its over, they will again be just another neighborhood of arab muslims, and proceed as such.
There is no "winning the hearts and minds".....they are simply being pragmatic right now.
As is all nations.
I don't expect them to love us, as long as Iraq is not a rogue state or a base of terrorist operations when we leave.
