He had a good comment on the radio the other day. He said that "It took us 6 years to go from 5 trillion to 6 trillion. And it took us two years to go from 6 to 7. And it took us a single year to go from 7 to 8 and we're on a glidepath to get to 9 in less than a year. As a math geek, I'll tell you that is not a linear progression; that's an exponential function. And it is incredibly troubling to me."

He hopes the Iraqis will tire of the foreign influence. They are stepping forward with more tips. He hopes the trend continues. Iraq will succeed when the Iraqis decide this is enough.
