Yes, it is racism. The good news: We would announce our counter proposal have to do DNA tests on all Mexicans, and those with any part of European ancestry would have to be split down the middle.

These groups have a poor grasp of American-Mexican History. The SW was not settled by Mexicans... the Indians were here first followed by the Spaniards (Escalante, Dominguez, etc.) who laid down settlements in the area and much later for a very short time it was under rule from Mexico City, which was so apathetic about the region that the inhabitants were thrilled to finally be allowed to join the USA.
