Someone told me this afternoon that the Department of Human Services had let this child fall through the cracks and that we should be asking why.

Her parents were divorced; her mother was a truck driver living in Guthrie and she lived with her Dad -- not sure what the details were but DHS received some complaints and didn't bother to follow up on the family situation is what I was told late this afternoon.
