I posted on him the other day...
He was going on and on how we "KNOW" there was never any WMDS in Iraq...
BUT, never once referenced the translated documents, that have shown over and over, that Saddam had a weapons program.
He has gotten worse since he became such a "star" during the Katrina story...even though it was also one of his most emabarrassing...because the morning AFTER Katrina hit, he was standing on the balcony of his hotel room, proclaiming that Katrina "wasn't all that bad"....LOL
During Katrina, he never understood the concept of "triage". While standing on that overpass with other people who would live no matter what happened, he could not understand being passed-up by helicopters rescuing people in harm's way.
My favorite of Shep's around Katrina time was the night before Katrina struck when he was in the French Quarter interviewing people partying and just strolling around. He stopped two guys who were walking their dog and asked them why they were staying put and not worried about the coming storm. One of the guys answered, on live TV, "none of your f***ing business."
The Drama Queen was on Hannity's radio show during that fiasco breathlessly claiming that children were dying in the street. Sean asked him to clarify whether or not he actually saw that happening, and Shep hemmed and hawed then changed the subject.
Hey Txsleuth,
Smith put on a good show in NOLA for the anarchists. Shep was sooo scared some Bros might kick his liberal whiney cracker ass to sleep.
P.S. Include whoreraldo also in this scared liberal NOLA incident.
Smith needs a new career with either the BBC or Al Jereeza.
God Bless America,
NSNR
Shep Smith "thinks" he was a star during Katrina. His reporting at that time just showed how hysterical he got during a difficult time.
His "performance" today was disgraceful. But, Gen. McInenerny (sp?) gave it right back to ole Shep and he did it with dignity.
He was an embarrassment to the idea of reporting. He is a big part of the reason that the MSM can keep saying that Bush failed re Katrina, when he did nothing of the kind.
