I think it would be a very interesting promotion for growers to certify that produce was harvested with legal labor. I would pay more for it. So would I! Buying from your local farm market you'll probably get fresher produce, lower prices and no illegals deficating in the fields.
I don't expect to see any growers promoting illegal-free produce any time soon. The lawsuits from the ACLU would put them out of business.

I am 100% for that idea. Another suggestion, if you have the room, put in your own garden and learn how to can your veggies, it's cost effective and you wind up not supporting illegal activity.
