Is there anyway we can stick Hillary under the "cone of silence?"

To this day I can remember the funniest "cone of silence" scene on that show.

Edward Platt (Chief) had some important topic to discuss. Don Adams, of course, said this shouldn't be discussed without the cone. Platt said the cone was being serviced, thank the Lord. Adams then said we need to use the portable cone.

So, then got this plastic tube that had head sized bubbles at both ends. Adams and Platt each had to stick his head in a bubble. It worked as well as the usual cone.

Then something happened so the parties had to run out of the office. Naturally, Platt couldn't get his head out of his bubble. So he had to run out of the office with his head stuck in the portable cone with a tube and another bubble.

That scene had me laughing so hard that I nearly choked to death.
