I was just looking at Allens website for his senate re-election bid, his philosophy on Government is near perfect!! He has an all American family and his wife just has that first lady look to her which complements George's Presidential leadership 'vibe' Any FReepers know more about allen? Is his name being tossed around for 2008?
The Allen Family (left to right): Forrest, Brooke, Susan, George and Tyler
Good timing!
Middle of the night --- who knew?
Corin will be happy.
Maybe we should keep this thread running through the elections!
LOL -- there's a thought!
We could change the title to "George Allen for President"!
FOTFLOL!
You mean drop the question mark from the title?
Yes!
LOL! I like it!
I guess we should start another thread with that title.
I think so too.
Go ahead...lol.
After his senate election, I will do it. An official George Allen for President thread!
That'll be perfect timing.
Amazing. Those are exactly my sentiments about your snarky little comments made about George Allen.
Other than saying he's not electable, I don't recall ever making similar comments about Keyes, Pence or anyone else, with the possible exceptions of Giuliani and McCain, who are (and should be) fair game.
And Evie, while your graphics are cute they're uncalled for. If indeed George Allen is the nominee you've done an incredible service for the DUmmies.
Unless, of course, that's where you got them to begin with.
He's not electable BY THEM, that's for sure.
They don't like him because a lot of people like and support him, something that could never be said of ANY of their candidates.
Okay. I crossed the line with the graphics.
I apologize.
As to the Dems? They would have anyway.
But I will tell you this: If Allen gets the nomination he won't be getting my vote.
I compromised as far as I'm willing to compromise by supporting G.W. Bush with his rape and incest exception.
George Allen's well-masked but in fact radical abortion position is a definite deal-breaker.
I ain't supporting anyone who believes in pretend (virtual) fences either.
I was already offered a position with one candidate who shares Senator Allen's misplaced belief in them. I turned him down, for that reason.
What, like George Bush?
He was never YOUR candidate; you have spent the last six years doing two things: trying to pretend like you got him elected and tearing him down.
You trashed him just like you're trashing Allen.
Oh, really?
