I'm guessing there will be around 20 million heading for the border before this is all settled.

Helloooo, Congress, are you reading this? This is what we have been trying to tell you. The invaders are massing on the border, NOW what are you going to do about it . . . . . or will we, the people, have to show you how THIS is done also!!??

I find it strange that this report is apparently only in the Scotsman.
Why does a newspaper in Scotland have to tell Americans what's happening on their own borders?

This makes perfect sense. I expect the illegals to keep coming in droves because we have shown the world that we really don't care.

I don't know why they call it "common" sense, when it obviously isn't.

Thank you Congressman Hastert and Senator Frist....are up by more than 26 per cent since 1 October - 105,803, compared with 78,024 for the same period last year. Along the entire US- Mexico border, arrests have risen by 9 per cent.
No, thanks to the Minutemen and the increasing concern by most Americans about controlling our borders. The more we talk about an amesty program, the greater the numbers that will cross illegally. If you legalize it, they will come. The same thing happened in 1986.
Frist and Hastert's statements yesterday did not increase the flow since October.

My son asked me a simple question last night that really got me thinking.
Why does Georgia have to allow foreign nationals to cross our boarders?
Just because Texas or Alabama or who ever lets them cross does Georgia have to let them?
I know we have to let Americans cross in to Georgia freely , but doesn't Georgia have a boarder?
So .... who can help with this ?
Could Georgia start picking up non citizens and dropping them off at the Alabama boarder ? or put them on a bus to D.C. ... I like the idea myself.

A number of us FReepers predicted this weeks ago, maybe months ago. I've lost track of how long ago I posted this prediction.
I've had this tagline for at least as long.

I've been wondering too... this is still a federal republic and don't our states have rights too? Likewise, isn't there one brave DA somewhere in the country that wants to take a stand and try a little law enforcement?

Yep, keep loading up places like MN because we don't want any more in TX. And do take them to MA, especially the Martha's Vineyard area, because Ted "The Swimmer", can't get enough of them. And send Cardinal Mahoney at least half million more in LA...but make sure the Catholic Church pays for their education, medication and incarceration. The rest of us don't see the need to import more poor, unskilled lawbreakers.

The video of the masses rushing in need to be emphasised.
