The previous translation was about scientists using methods to hide their work. Their is also a translation telling certain scientists to hide from UN inspectors.

All the translations laid out tell an ominous story.

NO it is not because there was no UN inspectors in Iraq in August 2002 and why did the Iraqi keep these top secret files about the WMD if the UN wanted them destroyed earlier. Why they did not destroy them prior to December 1998 before the UN inspectors were kicked out of Iraq.
