God made every thing so WE have the ability to make plenty
of anything we may need to use and to SHARE.

It seems to me no one has mentioned Mexico's laws concerning aliens.

I think we should just tell them we are going to have reciprocity with them.

Some one who knows how, please, post Mexico's laws. If Freepers haven't seen them or heard them in the last two
days, it is an education in itself.

Notice that 51% Democrats already support amnesty.

Bad news for the RATS because this 51% represent those least likely to cross over and vote Republican.

There is another poll suggesting that only 20% of Americans support HR-4437.

HR-4437 has been spun and misrepresented so much it is no wonder. However it must be reconciled with whatever (if any) bill comes out of the Senate.

Well check out Bill Frist's own poll on www.volpac.org
Wonder if he will pay any attention to that?

The missile defense shield is little more than that.

On Bill Frist's own website, 91% opposed Amnesty for Illegals.

Want to guess whether or not they decide that the questions were "unfair," "biased," "slanted," "too many Red Necks involved," or some other kind of "Hate Speech."

I'm Heading for Mexico

Dear President Bush:

I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can help with this.
I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here.
So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:
Free medical care for my entire family.
English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need, whether I use them or not.
All government forms need to be printed in English.
I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.
I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.
Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.
I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to government services.
I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to learn local traffic laws.
In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak English.
I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any complaints or negative comments from the locals.
I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, and don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.
Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the economy.
I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

Holy crap! This is great news!

"Among self-identified Democrats nationwide, 51 percent favor amnesty, while 29 percent oppose it. Another 20 percent said they are unsure on the issue. Among self-identified Republicans participating in the survey, just 13 percent said they favor amnesty, while 76 percent said they oppose such an offer."

Does anyone else realize what this means? If the GOP gets its fanny in gear and gets a 2008 presidential candidate AGAINST amnesty and FOR border control, depending upon their allegiance to the issue, we could take almost a third of the Rats away--and that almost NEVER happens.

Of course, the GOP will probably run some milquetoast wanna-be-conservative again who is sort of against amnesty and sort of for border control. Que sera.

Well I think all these politicians and bureaucrats should have "virtual jobs". How's that?

While 52 percent said there should be no amnesty...

Most polls show that the majority of Americans don't want to give citizenship amnesty but they also show that most Americans don't want to deport 11 million illegals.

Those are the specifics.

The Zogby poll as represented by NewsMax isn't very specific. In fact it's misleading.

Can't be citizens but can stay in America? Probably only do jobs citizens won't do?

Sounds like a permanent underclass. I sort of remember a war being fought about that.

Last thing they want is a new immigrant community that knows how to compete.

There may be 80 million Mexicans and I think we probably could absorb all of them. The Mexicans should realize there Billions of Asians, many who speak English and they are better educated and can work as hard. Asians could swamp North and South America.

Great point. If illegals only do jobs Americans won't do, if an American shows up for that job the illegal should be displaced.

There is no comparison.

Right now the boss man won't have to feed, clothe or house them and they will have to be paid something. However the boss can still send them down the river.

Amnesty was offered to people in this category during the Reagan administration, but it did little to stem the tide of illegal immigration into the country...give citizenship to those who sneak into the country ahead of those who follow the law and wait their turn for years, and still more continue to sneak in rather than waiting - there's a surprise........

Not only port security, they are going to block roads in many cities across the U.S. I guess you saw where the illegals have engaged the dockers unions in California to help shut down the U.S.

Will Bush become a Reagan? Reagan fired all the air traffic controllers who did not show up for work when they tried to shut down the air lines.
