Sarajevo, 13:33
Ramiz Delalic, former commander of the Bosnian army, suspected of murdering Serb bridegroom's father during a wedding ceremony in Sarajevo in 1992, an incident that sparked the war in Bosnia, has been rearrested, Sarajevo's media said.
Delalic, nicknamed Celo, has been indicted for murder of Nikola Gardovic in Sarajevo's old bazaar in 1992.
During the war in Bosnia, Delalic was a commander of Bosnian army's 9th motorized brigade. After the war, Delalic was involved in organized crime.
Bosnian Muslim and organized crime? Go figure!
"That can't be. Only Serbian Christians can be war criminals."
The existence of the ICTY and the trials of Croats and Bosnians proves differently, though I know the Serbians have complained about the laxity of sentencing of Bosnians and Croats.
Bosnia is a state comprised of Muslim criminals and the Serb and Croat hostages held by the UN/NATO forces.
When the foreigners leave, you'll need a stopwatch to measure how long Bosnia continues to exist.
There have been cases were Croats have confessed to mass murder of mostly civilian Serbs, such as Miro Bajramovic who said he was personally responsible for killing scores with his own hands, which neither the ICTY nor the mainstream press dares to touch. The man he commanded him, Tomislav Mercep, is still a player in Croatian politics. There are other Croat murderers of Serbs, such as Branimir Glavas of Osijek, who ordered torture and murders of Serbs, and yet who are to this day in leadership positions in Croatia and unwanted by The Hague.
Political expediency run amok.
Yet we coddle these brigands as though they were the Saints of Europe.
