NEW YORK (AP) _ There were just a handful of people Tuesday at an unauthorized meeting of Hillary Clinton supporters who have set their sights not on her 2006 Senate re-election campaign but on putting her in the White House. Co-hosts Suri Harris and Alfred Schreiber said it was the first of many gatherings they plan to hold on the second Tuesday of every month in the hopes of building a larger network of supporters and volunteers for a potential 2008 Clinton presidential campaign. "This is a start," Schreiber said at a Greenwich Village restaurant that provided tables for the meeting. National polls have shown Clinton leading among potential challengers for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination.

Oh how can this be? The beast is not running for president. Is she? John Spencer is the only one who is running for senate in New York. He is the only one that will stop the Democrat's GUEST VOTER PROGRAM.

Greenwich Village? Aren't these meetings better suited for Central Park West?

These mentally below average people must have failed their special classes when in high school. And now they're set to work for Mrs. Clinton to be president. Makes sense they would think that way.

One of my neighbors has a Republicans For Voldemort sign on his car bumper. The Dems tried Saruman in '04, now are they going with the White Witch?

From the article, emphasis mine:
At the New York meeting, Yoni Garbourg, a Brooklyn software developer, said he had found out about the effort on the Internet while looking for ways to help the Democratic Party.

"From the issues that I've looked at, from the information that I've gleaned, I believe ... Hillary's stands on issues are closest to my beliefs," Garbourg said.

Methinks Yoni needs some serious help.

Whoa... An unauthorized meeting of Hillary Clinton supporters... Sounds like a profile in courage, defying both the authorities and Her Highness to hold an unauthorized meeting.
