Those poll numbers will skyrocket the moment it is announced Bin Laden is dead.
or....he sends the illegals home and builds a wall? hmmm. If the liberals and Dems think his numbers or low because we find them appealing, they are sorely mistaken. I will never give my vote to a Dem. NEVER
Vis-a-vis Mountain Lion..?
The poll numbers would spike for a week or two if bin Laden was captured or killed. If, on the other hand, Bush were to announce real measures to close the borders and crack down on illegal immigration, then his poll numbers would skyrocket. (This, of course, is pleasant fiction, but it would make for a meaningful jump in the polls.)
If that event happens, expect it to be a one day story. This will be followed by the obligatory "we're creating more terrorists" story. The 10,042'nd reprint of pictures from Abu Ghraib will then follow.
Actually OBL has little to do with numbers.
My thoughts too...
Also I think Karl Rove believes in the adage "Dont fire till you see the whites of their eyes"... Election time is not quite upon us
I could care less about his poll numbers, he's still president.
The liberals can paint him any any color they want, he still will be president until his term ends or death.
The liberal lies are not stopping the presidents agenda, and I think this is one of the presidents personal inside laughs.
Not likely, not long lasting, and ultimately, not very important. The important thing is that Bush has kept us free from terrorism for almost 5 years. We were under attack, we are still under attack, but we are safe with minimal disruption to our way of life and liberty. So who gives a crap about poll numbers? As this today show points out, no news is always bad news for the MSM.
