Exactly my concern.. like I mentioned this a.m., the last thing legal and illegal immigrants from Mexico want is a terrorist coming over that border. They know, the first terrorist to be connected to the Mexico border that does anything in the US will kill any immigration, legal and illegal.. there will be a 700 mile line of Sherman tanks if that happens.

This is why you hear stories of Middle Easterners being found dead around the border or turned in by illegals.

This lady brings up my biggest frustration, I am tired of this debate being about "Juan or Maria" (as Rush put it last week) or "Hispanic Culture".. This debate has nothing to do with where people come from, it is how they get here. Too many people are making this about Mexican immigration, but the fact is, illegal immigrants come from all countries.

My second beef is the anti-Hispanic culture attitude and complaints it is taking over "American Culture".

Hispanic culture is part of, and has always been part of American culture. As soon as you get south of the Red River and West of the Louisiana/Texas line, you are in a part of the USA that has always had Hispanic culture, just as the North East has always had a Euro-centric culture.

There is a contingent who have motivations to make this a cultural war. IT IS NOT. This is a debate about a security issue..
