I read an article in the statewide paper here (Billings Gazette) last Spring saying that 12 Montana schools made the failing schools list. Two were schools on the indian reservations, and the others were in the larger cities in Montana. 30 other schools across the state nearly landed on the list.
Was there any mention in the article on testing in Montana about whether that was their first testing or if there had been a prior one, whether there was any improvement?
