Well, there is the old term that seems to have fallen out of usage: Illegal Alien. I remember a time, not so very long ago, when "illegal alien" was used to refer to folks who entered the country illegally.

I remember Phil Collins singing about being an illegal alien. I'm not sure when the term "immigrant" was hijacked.
