I'd say you are not guessing on this one...You have experience here... Here's a hint: pay decent wages, you'll get decent help..
MB, don't you just love it when people from behind a keyboard with no experience tell you how to run your business. It's like hillary's hubris.
BTW, I have no experience in construction but don't have the hubris to tell people who actually run construction companies or farms how to run their businesses.

Until 20-25 years ago, construction workers were overwhelmingly white. As for farm laborers, while there was the bracero program in the 1950s and 1960s, many migrant workers in that era were native born Americans. If illegal immigration were effectively stopped, employers would have to raise wages to draw native born Americans. Stopping illegals may drive up the cost of food and new housing, but there would be the offset of lower costs for public education, public hospitals, law enforcement, and welfare benefits.

BTW, I have no experience in construction but don't have the hubris Dane, you have more than enough hubris in other departments.
to tell people who actually run construction companies or farms how to run their businesses.
What part of "illegal" do you not understand here? I'm not telling them how to run their business. I am asking that they follow the laws THAT OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS HAVE PASSED.

Good thing!
We have LAWS for that. I know you hate laws Dane... but you really should read up on the laws pertaining to hiring illegals.
You have no valid position on these illegal threads.

MB, don't you just love it when people from behind a keyboard with no experience tell you how to run your business. That is the way it used to be. Construction jobs paid middle class wages. Drive wages down and you will lose many hard working responsible people who want to raise a family, own their house, etc.
