I'm curious, how can person invading the US against US law then accessing services paid for by citizens not be theft?

It's well known that illegals are here to work at very low wages, yet they send billions back to Mexico. How do you figure they could do this? By accessing public services paid for by others, of course.

Then tell me how it is moral.

Well, it's not "theft" - see Plyer v. Doe above - as for "morality", I'm watching "Minority Report" right now. Is that the kind of "morality" you want?
