Putting aside for a moment those born here are U.S. citizens, according to Plyer v. Doe, schools are provided for ALL children, regardless of immigration status.

That may be the current law, but that is part of the problem. As long as we have a services magnet we will continue to be swamped by the criminal invaders. Prop 187 was the right idea and should be fought to be re-upheld.
