I am happy when liberal establishments come crashing down. I would rejoice to see liberals at abortion clinics lose their jobs. But I guess in your world those people losing their jobs would be a sad thing?

Whether its performing abortions or writing articles singing the praises of the practice along with other liberal dogmas, I have no problem being happy about the demise of liberal strongholds.

Like in most cases there will be people who had no input into some of the anti-American activities that will lose their job and that is a shame. Time Inc was one of my most corrupt customers when I worked for one of their suppliers. In Dallas TX one of their vendors had a female customer service rep. whose sole job was to fully service one Time's big shots. By fully service you know what I mean.

The article said the layoffs were mostly from the business side of operations. These people are likely less liberal on average than the ones working on the "creative" side of things.

Most of them should be able to find other opportunities -- if not in new media (i.e. Internet businesses that are eating Time's lunch), then in the general economy. Business skills are usually transferable.

As far as I'm concerned, losing their jobs is the least that media liberals deserve. I have about as much sympathy for them as I do for al Qaeda terrorists who lose their jobs by getting fried by our military. At least the terrorists admit that they hate us and hate this country.
