Go down to where my parents live in South Florida. You will see Guatemalans and Haitians (who happend to be "black") lining up for UNSKILLED construction jobs that pay $15 an hour. Less than a mile away, the disciples of Jesse and Sharpton sit on their a-ses in front of the Dixie Manor PJs drinking at 9AM.
Great point about the Haitians. As black as night (and I mean that in a good way), but hardworking. So its not a race issue, it is a cultural one.
