When they come here illegally they ARE criminals!!!!!!! Why the line of seperation? Where do you get that line? How do you form it? Criminal:1 : one who has committed a crime 2 : a person who has been convicted of a crime

Because, the Senate is currently debating making them NOT criminals (as opposed to all other criminals), in case you missed that.
