"You inadvertently posted the answer to your rantings against a "wall." The Federal government takes private property for ridiculous reasons; securing the borders is not a ridiculous reason." I am so sorry. I quoted that left-wing radical tripe. How can I ever atone for such an error? I will quote it again, with a link: "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

This scribbling that you desire to stifle is also known as the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. Of which Texas is an integral participant.

I have a copy of the U.S. Constitution in my purse; and one on my desk five feet from me at this moment. I hardly need a link.

You, apparently need a comprehensive English language course.

I disagree with emminent domain in nearly every case; the border of the United States is not one of those cases.

I noticed that you didn't address my other question. Since you think that Mexican nationals should be accorded due process; do you then agree with the leftists that we are holding foreign terrorist suspects "illegally?"
