This scribbling that you desire to stifle is also known as the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. Of which Texas is an integral participant.

I have a copy of the U.S. Constitution in my purse; and one on my desk five feet from me at this moment. I hardly need a link.

You, apparently need a comprehensive English language course.

I disagree with emminent domain in nearly every case; the border of the United States is not one of those cases.

... nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

I noticed that you didn't address my other question. Since you think that Mexican nationals should be accorded due process; do you then agree with the leftists that we are holding foreign terrorist suspects "illegally?"

Good for you. Petition your elected representatives to confiscate Texas private property. It will take a long time. Hey, I have an idea! Build your wall on the Mexican side. I will support that. You can even force the stupid Mexicans into indentured servitude and open a company store. If we are going to appropriate land, let us take it from the Mexicans. Those uneducated ingrates will never know what hit them once we get the first section built.

With respect to your last insinuation, I believe that we should treat all foreign nationals-- that we have normal or favored relations with-- with due process. Enemy combatants belong in Guantanamo Bay. If they live through the initial contact.
