Don't get snotty with me, my grammar may not be perfect but I have done my duty by my country on more than one occasion and have earned the right to my opinions most of them forged in gritty realism and experience not from the safety of the Internet or library
..and we, most of us, are grateful to you for it. Suffice to say that John Kerrey feels the same way that you do. The nexus between military experience and wisdom is not automatic, I fear; nor are the lessons of history any clearer to those who serve.
