KMBC's Maria Antonia reported that Cabrera's mother said her son was not racing; he was being chased by another driver and that he had been followed for several days.

I guess their "explanation" is evolving into...."A hate-filled gapped tooth white man was chasing us, and yelling racist things. We were afraid for our lives".

The obvious question is...how do you have a car chase for "several days"?
