Is there no federal law that allowing non-citizens to vote (even in local, city, or state elections)is still illegal? Surely there has to be something. Surely. Is there some way to challenge this and run it all the way to the SCOTUS if need be? How suicidal is this nation becoming? I am ready to chew my tongue and gnash my teeth. I might as well. It's looks like this country is going to h3ll in a handbasket. Aaarrrgghhh!!!

But I'm sure there are state laws in many states prohibiting voting by noncitizens in local elections.
