This make casting Edward G. Robinson as the slave driver in The Ten Commandments look like a reasonable choice.

"Her features resemble Mother Teresa," director T. Rajeevnath told AFP . . . Oh yeah. I mean, come on, can't you see the similarities??

Hilton's prior movie experience includes appearing in a home-made sex video made by a former boyfriend that appeared on the Internet, and parts in several Hollywood B-films.I can't believe they said that!

I see a lot of "missionary" jokes coming.

I'm sure mother Theresa would be thrilled at the choice of a talentless socialite best known for her personal porno circulating on the Internet to play her.

I can see her walking around the ghettos in designer dresses and high-heels with her little dog and performing "whore-offs" to help feed the poor.

The 54-year-old director is well-known in India for his Malayalam-language films, including "Janani" (Mother) -- the story of seven nuns who care for an abandoned baby, which won a national award. http://movies2.nytimes.com/gst/movies/movie.html?v_id=179496
Janani
1998-India
PLOT DESCRIPTION
Janani is a melodrama in Malayalam, the language spoken in the State of Kerala in India. A baby boy is abandoned on the steps of a remote chapel on Christmas Eve and discovered by the nuns who inhabit the old-age home nearby. The presence of a young life brings new energy to the nuns, but they are hardly equipped or experienced to take care of an infant. All turns out well when a wealthy but childless couple from the U.S. arrives with the intention of adopting the baby. The script is rather contrived but the cinematography of Suresh P. Nair is noteworthy in bringing out the tranquility of the lush vegetation of the mountainous regions of Southern India. The film was screened at the 4th International Film Festival of Kerala, 1999.

Then he should cast Barbara Streisand to portray Laura Bush.

"A meeting with Paris Hilton is scheduled for the end of April," Rajeevnath said.
And that's what this is all about, of course. A chance for this guy to meet professional celebrity Paris Hilton.

"A meeting with Paris Hilton is scheduled for the end of April," Rajeevnath said. No, it isn't.
The director is a smart guy who knew he could generate instantaneous "buzz" about his project by making the absurd suggestion that Paris Hilton would get the role.
It's worked wonderfully.
