I am planning on hiring a contractor to fix 2 roofs. Legal Americans only. I'll pay to have it done by Americans.
Good luck finding a roofing contractor with an Anglo or Western European crew!.
And if suitable, think about having a metal roof put on your house so you won't have to replace it for a very long time.
