(CNSNews.com) - A conservative black leader says Rep. Cynthia McKinney is using allegations of racism to get away with breaking the law.
"It's disgraceful that Cynthia McKinney would charge the Capitol Police with racism for trying to do their jobs," said the Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, founder and president of BOND (Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny), a group that helps black men "rebuild the family."
McKinney allegedly struck a white police officer in the chest with her cell phone after he asked her to walk through the metal detector she had bypassed. Two days later, on Friday, McKinney accused the officer of "the inappropriate touching and stopping of me, a female black Congresswoman."
Her attorney James W. Myart, Jr., said McKinney was "a victim of the excessive use of force by law enforcement officials because of how she looks and the color of her skin."
Nonsense, said Peterson: "Charges of 'racism' and 'racial profiling' by McKinney and her attorney are code words often used to intimidate white Americans and get black racists off the hook," Peterson said in a press release.
He said McKinney could have defused the situation by apologizing for not wearing the special pin that identifies members of Congress. "Instead, she held a press conference flanked by known racists such as Harry Belafonte, Danny Glover, and members of the NAACP.
"The real racists here are Cynthia McKinney and her racially divisive supporters," Peterson said.
"The U.S. Attorney's office must vigorously pursue this case regardless of the race, gender, or position of the person involved, in order to send a clear message that this type of racial demagoguery will not thwart justice," he added.
Peterson frequently challenges the liberal black civil rights establishment.
Police reportedly are seeking an arrest warrant for McKinney.
I wish they'd get this stupid crap sorted out. Releasing the video of the incident would go a long way towards that.
I thought Wolf Blitzer did a good job of interviewing her yesterday. He didn't confront her, but he needed to keep her calm to conduct the interview. He asked she and her attorneys several times did she or did she not accost the police officer. They refused to answer his question. I think he did a good job of allowing her own words to show what she is made of.
I agree, she'll get off and the cop will probably lose his job too.

This incident must have been caught on a security camera somewhere. I would love to see the Capital Police release it to the media. I'm sure it will show she was clearly in the wrong.
Get his book called "Scam: How Black Leadership Exploits Black America." In the book, among other things, he reveals RBPs (race baiting pimps) such as Maxine Waters (D-Los Angeles), Carol Mosely Braun, Calypso Louie (Farrakhan), Tawana Al (Sharpton) and, of course, the uh Revrun Thacksuunnnnnnn, to be the hate mongers that they are. He could just as easily added the Congressional Black Caucus.

McK went on and on for 20 minutes claiming racism and racial profiling and hair profiling .
After all that, he remarked that she had made serious allegations .
She said " what allegations ?" Wolf says- " racism."
McK got irate ( while still smiling in that wild eyed Runaway Bride fashion ) saying that she had never accused anyone of racism and it was Wolf putting words in her mouth.
I thought she was this close to calling him a lying honky.

Evil comes in all colors and sex. The eyes are the window to the soul, and what I see in her eyes is no GOD and Goodness. She supports radical feminists and N.O.W. views, she does nothing to defend the Black males and fathers.
