Hopefully, eventually California will serve as an abject lesson in what happens when you mexify an American state -- before it happens to the rest of us. I hate to say this, but I have less desire to visit CA now than I do France. I'm not sure there is any difference between the two.

Here in Utah we provide California with cheap electricity by burning locally-mined high-quality coal. We get to breathe the fumes. Can we quit now?

Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is the primary investor of the existing power plant, and six municipal utilities in Southern California are entitled to 75 percent of the power generated at IPP.
