I call 'em as I see 'em, and on this site I see lots and lots of hateful Christians.
I'm on this site because I am a very conservative person on almost every issue, I am not however religious, and I find many ideas expressed by Christians on this site to be antithical to what I consider freedom and liberty and I have no problem saying it out loud, it just happens I'm a minority here.
Hateful = Has the audacity to disagree with me.
That's the same critera liberals use for "hate."
I, as a conservative Christian, am glad you expressed your opinion. It will keep us mindful of how we choose our words. I would ask that you try to keep in mind that even the most ardent follower of Christ slips evry now and then.
Often, hateful speech is the most seemingly cathardic response to an attack (whether real or merely perceived). I have been guilty of this, as I am sure you have.
All that having been said, disagreement over morality in and of itself is not hateful.
Gag.
You attack the Boy Scouts, a private organization of young men, for not succumbing and rolling over to the radical gay agenda?
Your mask has slipped. There's a radical leftist lerring behind it.
What is it that you find antithical to freedom and liberty? You think the right of ONE person to force himself into a group, as supporting the 'rights' of the one? What about the rights of the group?
I'm a man, I can not force my way into the women's showers. Are my 'rights' being violated? I can't join, nor should I be elgible to join organizations specifically designed for females. And the same is true on the reverse.
The 1st ammendment of our constitution states
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

This has been found to give us a fundamental right to associate with those whom we wish. The BSA choses to exclude homosexuals from positions of leadership, as this is found by society (ie. Christianity) to be a morally rehensible practice. For someone to scream that their rights are being trampled, and to force their beliefs upon this group completely destroys the rights of the members of the group. This is neither a violation of your liberties, nor antithetical to any rational definition of freedom.
