Are you talking about Virgin Falls? I think Bowater owns that. I have been hiking there 2 times. It is beautiful land, we are going again this summer...
No, I'm near the Calhoun Tennessee plant. I've never heard of Virgin Falls but they may be around here. We have a lot of attractions like that. This Bowater is situated on the Hiwassee River. They've had a terrible time. They imported some beatle that supposed to eat a pest in the pine trees (I think) and the beetles ended up killing most of their trees. They own hundreds, maybe thousands, of acres of timberland around here. I do live in a beautiful area though. I'm sort of in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains.
